#1.Pro Biotics have changed our lives. This stuff strengthens your immune and keeps you regular.
You find it in good quality Yogurt and Drinkable yogurt. Health food stores have the actual Pro Biotic Powders for little babies too. Really Important if you have been on antibiotics or had surgery you really need to replenish your system with theses Good Flora and Fauna.

I swear ever since we started drinking the liquid yogurt every morning we haven't been sick. Considering every 6 weeks or so for the last 4 of my daughters 5 years we were sick.

 #2Also I threw out all Anti Bacterial Soaps switched for regular soap.
Started cleaning with WHite Vinegar and Water and SImple Green Only.

#3Hand Washing and doing the ABC's is religion in this house too.

#4. If around sick people or if WE  feel a sore throat coming on Immediately Gargle with Sea Salt or Hawaiian Rock salt and Hot water.  Also Snort some Saline Nasal Spray. This keeps the bacteria from being able to take hold.

#5. Honey Lemon and Cinnamon This is an amazing cough and sore throat healer.

#6. Not Gatorade- Chicken Soup is better! I am convinced most viruses live on Sugar but can not survive in a Salty environment. SO Homed Chicken soup with Hawaiian Sea Salt is best
