I had the great pleasure of having Mr. Choy speak with me personally.  Mr. CHoy's unwavering dedication to his community, Manoa, was passionate and lively.  We spoke on ways to Help all the community Neighborhood Watch Groups. He really cares about his community.  One of the most remarkable things was how Mr. Choy's self expressed goal was to help the community stay safe, with active particiaption with groups like the Manoa Neighborhood Watch. http://manoawatch.com/
He also listened to my idea to have an "Adopt a Crosswalk" program with solar lighted cross walks. He has the vision to further the growth of our communiity and experience to get the solutions done.
Thank you Mr. Issaac Choy for your caring leadership. You are a shinning example of the kind of leadership I want my daughter to grow up with.
